Staging Works, even with food!
I am happy to do a presentation for you and your colleagues and bring some treats. For example I recently presented to Weichert Realtors in Cary, NC, on the benefits of Home Staging. I brought this colorful, "vacant vs. staged", cake to make a point. Which side is more appealing, the bland, boring undecorated side, or the side with some added touches? All eyes were on the Staged side, of course. I also brought some plain sugar cookies and a beautiful ceramic tray filled with decorated cupcakes, although all food was welcomed, the cupcakes got the attention!
