1. You can request an Online Consultation- All you have to do is make payment for $125.00 below and I will call you to have a phone conference to listen to your needs. Then I will ask you to submit photos of your home, and I will send you back a detailed report with my advice and suggestions. If you change your mind at any point, this fee can later be applied to the full home staging services.
On-Site Consultation Services
2. On Site-Consultation Services- This consists of anywhere from a one hour or longer consultation which includes a complete walk through of your home, inside and out. I will take detailed notes and photographs. You will get a copy of my notes. Then it is up to you to follow through on my suggestions. Prices begin at $100.00 for a basic one hour consult.
3. If you decide you want me to do the Staging, then I will prepare a BID/Estimate of my Services for Home Staging. The final cost will depend on the size of your home, condition of your home, adjustments and modifications to your Staged home ( if required) and the need for other resources to Stage your home. I can also produce a 5 minute movie clip to show off your staged home.
To save costs you can re-purpose your own items. Other options include leasing items from me, or rental of furniture from another provider. If the BID is accepted then I will begin to stage your home when you are ready. Payment will be made upon completion of Staging services, as defined in the "Staging Contract".

4. As the owner of an antique and collectibles business, Recollections, for over 20 years, and training in appraising through ISA. I can help you organize and price those unneeded items. This money can help to offset your Staging Costs.
