What is a Consultation like?
You, or your Realtor, makes an appointment with me and, for a minimal fee, I will come to your home, walk around the exterior and interior of your home, and provide Staging advice. For an additional feel, I will hand you a three page written report, in triplicate, for you, your Realtor and myself. It is then up to you to do the Stage yourself, or hire me to do the Staging for you. As we walk through your home, and with your permission, I will be glad to provide a few hands on ideas and create a few staging vignettes for you.
What is a Light Stage?
After we have a "Staging Consultation", you can decide between a Light and Heavy Stage. In the Light Stage I will bring in the necessary furniture and accessories to create the "illusion" for your potential buyer. I can also re purpose the items you have in your existing home and tweak a few trouble areas. I might stage only a few rooms instead of your entire home. Typically, a Light Stage will take about 4 hours. A Full Stage is typically a full day, or more, with potential follow-up services, and a voice over movie clip for your marketing purposes.
