There are basically three Furniture Rental Options
1. Rent my items
I will provide you with a written contract, and an inventory list of items used in the stage. You will pay for my inventory on a monthly payment schedule. This is an "Economical Solution" to selling your home.
2. For a Quick fix, I will shop for you.
I have a large inventory of accessories and accents for any home staging need, but if you want specific items which are not in my inventory, I can also be your personal shopper, for an additional fee, to save you time! Then after the stage, you may keep the purchases for your next home.
3. Contract with a local Furniture Rental Company
Typically these fees are higher and include a service contract which will be for a particular term, moving costs are additional. Contact me for details of Furniture rental options in your area.
