Lucy the Stager-Dale the Home Inspector

Lucy's husband Dale is a NC Certified and Insured Home Inspector.  He can provide Pre- Listing Home Inspection Services for your Total Staging Solution. Dale has 30 years of experience with IBM Real Estate, Nationally and Internationally. Lucy is a Certified NC Educator, Insured Accredited Staging Professional and Certified Feng Shui Home Staging Consultant.

We will help you through the entire process to help you sell your home. With our combined experience, motivation and dedication, we will handle any home you bring to us.

Lucy and Dale Understand Moving!

 Lucy has lived in 9 different locations including, Ct., RI, NY, Idaho, Md., Va. DC and NC.  Lucy and Dale recently returned from 3 years of living and working in Singapore, and traveling all over Asia, so they understand moving on a National and International level. While in Asia, Lucy learned the simplistic style of Asian decor and Feng Shui principles of creating harmony and balance in living and working environments, principles that homeowners are now seeking as they bring their workplace home. Lucy will teach you how to create balance, calmness and also how to de-clutter.

The experts say that "clutter eats equity". In order to receive top dollar for your home, she will apply the "Staging Secrets" to help sell your home, fast! Lucy is a long-time business leader owning her own successful Antiques and Collectibles business, Recollections, for over 20 years. She can help you organize for a yard or estate sale so you can earn dollars for those items that take up space.

Our Family

 Dale and Lucy currently live in Apex. Dale and Lucy have 3 children;  a son in Graduate school at Appalachian State, and two daughters, one a graduate of UNCA, and the other at NC State. They have lived in NC for over 15 years. They KNOW NC!
